Creating an Account with Us
Our website provides an account facility that allows you to gain additional privileges and purchase products or services. If you choose to register an account with us, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activities that occur on or through it. Under no circumstances should you disclose your account information to anyone else.
In case of a security breach of your account, you must immediately notify B2B Formations. Please note that we are not responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your account. You agree to indemnify us for any loss or damage resulting from a breach of your account.
We take the security of our website and our customers’ accounts seriously. Therefore, we advise that you choose a strong and unique password for your account and use two-factor authentication if available.
Automatic and Recurring Payment Authorization
Please note that some of our products or services ordered from this website may require recurring payments. By using our website, you are granting us the automatic and recurring payment authority of the card used to purchase the product or service (or an alternative one, if supplied). Examples of such services include but are not limited to registered office address service, directors address service, business address service, or mail forwarding service.
We will provide you with advance notice before processing any recurring payments. You also have the right to cancel the service before the next payment is due.
We take the security of your payment information seriously and use secure encryption methods to protect your data. If you have any concerns about the automatic and recurring payment process, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Note: This policy applies specifically to B2B Formations address services.
If you purchase an address service from B2B Formations, they will notify Companies House of your new registered office or director’s service address details only if you have also purchased their address service as part of a company formation package. If you purchase an address service solely for your already existing company, you will be responsible for updating your address records at Companies House yourself.
B2B Formations registered office service is only for receiving official (statutory) post, which is defined as letters from HMRC, Companies House and the Courts of England and Wales. They will not accept non-statutory mail for you or your company through their registered office service or director’s service address. To receive business mail at their offices, you should purchase their business address service or mail forwarding service.
B2B Formations accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss you may incur due to non-delivery of post (both incoming and outgoing).
By purchasing any of their address services, you are consenting to providing certified proof of ID and proof of address to ensure compliance with The London Local Authorities Act, and current Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Failure to comply with the ID requirements within 21 days of purchase will result in cancellation of the service without refund.
If you fail to pay for renewal of your registered address service or director’s address service before the due date, B2B Formations will change your registered address or director’s service address to your residential address or any other address you have previously provided them for this purpose. This new address information will be registered with Companies House and displayed on public record.
B2B Formations reserves the right to terminate any of their address services without refund if the service is abused, such as using their address as a return address for faulty goods or returns. They will remove their address from Companies House and change it to your residential address or any other address you have previously provided them for this purpose.
No refunds are provided if you change your registered office address during the course of the year.
Policy on Refunds
Company Formation Service If you decide to cancel our company formation package before submitting the company details to Companies House, we will refund your entire payment. However, if we have already submitted your details to Companies House, no refund will be issued, even if your company formation application is rejected.
Address Services You can cancel your address service within 14 days of the order date, and we will refund your payment in full, deducting a £10 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of your order. If you do not provide us with the required ID and address proof, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering regulations and Know Your Customer requirements, we will cancel your address service, and no refund will be issued.
All Other Products and Services If you purchase any other products or services, we will issue a full refund minus a £10 administration charge if we have not started working on them, provided you cancel within 14 days of your order. We will not issue any refunds after 14 days from the date of your order.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs using your account or password, and it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password(s). You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account or password, or any other security breach. You must not disrupt the operation of the Service, attempt to obtain another user’s password, or engage in any activities that interfere with the usage of the Service by other users.
