The legal duties of the director of the company include every year to check the compliance of the information in the Companies House with the real state of affairs.

What needs to be checked every year?

  • your registered office address
  • details of the directors
  • information about the secretary
  • the address where you keep your records
  • capital statement
  • shareholder information
  • your SIC code (a number that identifies what your company does)
  • your register of “People with Significant Control” (PSC)
  • It is also required to indicate whether your company is active or dormant.

We will file a report in accordance with the laws, you only need to confirm that no changes have been made or provide new data.
Companies House sets a stamp duty of £13, which is included in the service.

What is the PSC register?
PSC – This is a person, company or trust who directly or indirectly has significant control over a company who owns more than 25% of the share capital and / or voting rights. As a rule, this is a shareholder of the company, but it happens that the shareholder does not own the company directly, sometimes it is a nominal shareholder or, for example, a trust.

If the confirmation statement is not submitted on time, the company may be closed, so using our service, your company  will be submitted confirmation statement to the Companies House on time. Also, a corresponding entry will be made in the register, which negatively affects the reputation of the company. And a mark will be made to the registration chamber, which negatively affects the reputation of the company.

Submission of the annual Confirmation statement to the registration chamber.
